(1) Excellent – Accomplished an excellent level of performance with a great attitude and exception effort.
(2) Very Good – Met a very good level of performance with an above average effort.
(3) Good – Met a good level of performance with an average effort.
(4) Satisfactory – Met the bare minimum level of performance with no visible effort to provide more.
(5) Unsatisfactory – Did not meet an acceptable level of performance.
